A student’s e-mail address is the School’s main communication channel with them, therefore it is essential that it is kept up-to-date with us at all times.

Each student is kindly requested to deliver this form to the School Office each time they wish to change their contact details in the School’s database. The form can either be mailed or delivered in person.
