Summer clerkship can be completed at the University hospitals in Kraków by the students of the JU MC SME. 

To request a clerkship at the University Hospital, please fill in this form and return it to the School Office at least 6 weeks prior to the chosen start date of the clerkship.

Note: Clerkship must start on a Monday, and last for at least a week (5 business days).
