Dear Students,

if you need a statement prepared for LÅNEKASSEN to be issued by the School Office, you need to fill out an appropriate form:

Freshmen

Years 2 and higher

The forms will be active until March 17, 2019, 23.59.

To access the form, you will need to login with your student.uj.edu.pl email address. If you don’t have access to the account, please contact the School Office.

A statement and a transcript will be prepared for each student who registered via an appropriate form (please see above), will be available for collecting as of April 8, 2019, Monday unless you receive a message from me before that date informing you of earlier availability of the documents. Each student must collect them individually from the School Office, scan them and upload them to “Din side” on LÅNEKASSEN’s website. The deadline set by LÅNEKASSEN is April 25, 2019.
